You must be 18 or older. Use your own identity and current photos. Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent your age, create deceptive accounts, or conceal a commercial purpose.

Respect a “no,” a Pass, a block, an ended match, and any request to stop. Do not pressure someone for contact details, sexual conversation, images, money, substances, a meeting, or a relationship.

Threats, stalking, harassment, hate or discrimination, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, blackmail, trafficking, and encouragement of violence or self-harm are prohibited.

Do not solicit money, run investment or romance scams, send spam, distribute malware, harvest data, evade enforcement, or misuse reports. Never ask another user for passwords or authentication codes.

Keep early meetings public, control your own transportation, tell someone you trust where you are going, and leave whenever you feel uncomfortable. SoulChat does not perform a guarantee of identity, background, or safety.

End a match when you simply want contact to stop. Block to prevent future pairing. Report conduct that may violate these standards or put someone at risk. Reports are private and reviewed by authorized moderation staff.
