You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account and profile information and use only your own identity and photos.

SoulChat offers introductions, messaging, and reflection features intended to help adults meet. We do not promise a match, mutual interest, compatibility, identity verification, or any particular outcome. Exercise your own judgment online and in person.

By requesting a verification code, you agree to receive one-time SMS verification codes from SoulChat at the number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply. These messages verify your account; requesting a code does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

You agree to follow the Community Standards, respect another person's boundaries, protect your login, and use safety tools honestly. You may not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use SoulChat for unlawful or commercial solicitation.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give SoulChat a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. Private reflections and reports are not shared with the person they concern.

We may review reports, preserve relevant records, limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or maintain the service. We may act without advance notice when safety or legal risk requires it.

SoulChat is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for the independent acts of users or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may stop using SoulChat at any time. While signed in, you can permanently delete your account from Delete account in your profile. To request a copy of your data or get help with deletion, email support@soulchat.ai.

Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance before continued use when appropriate. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@soulchat.ai.
