If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. SoulChat support is not an emergency service and may not respond in real time.

For a current real match, open the safety menu in the conversation. You can end contact, block future matching, or submit a private report. The other user is not told what you wrote in a report.

To delete your account while signed in, use Delete account in your profile. Email support@soulchat.ai for account access, deletion help, a safety follow-up, a privacy request, or a data export. Include the email on your account and only the information needed to understand the request.

Authorized moderators may review the report and relevant service records, ask for clarification, and take proportionate action. To protect privacy and prevent abuse, we may not be able to share details about action involving another person.
